Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All purchases on Shepherd are for digital music files (MP3, FLAC, WAV). Because digital products can be downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

2. When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same track.
  • Technical issue: you are unable to download the purchased file after multiple attempts and our support team cannot resolve the problem.
  • Incorrect product: the delivered file does not match the product description (e.g., wrong track, corrupted file).

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at hello@shepherd.sh within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after downloading the purchased file.
  • Incompatibility with your software or hardware (file format information is displayed before purchase).
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
